Delivery Policy

2. Delivery Coverage, Shipping Fee & Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery service covers the United States and Canada. Delivery methods, shipping fees and estimated delivery times are as follows. All delivery lead times are calculated in business days (excluding weekends, public holidays and customs clearance time):
Express Delivery: Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days; shipping fee: $50.
Free shipping is available for orders with a total amount of **$500 and above**.
Standard Delivery 1: Estimated delivery in 8–15 business days; shipping fee: $20.
Free shipping is available for orders with a total amount of **$200 and above**.
Standard Delivery 2: Estimated delivery in 15–25 business days; free shipping with no minimum order amount.
Note: The estimated delivery time is only the regular logistics lead time. Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure factors including customs clearance, bad weather, remote areas and other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Customs & Duties Statement
